Taal Se Taal Milao

Taal Se Taal Milao

No celebration is complete without some song and dance. Bearing this in mind, the week- long 75th Independence Day Celebrations got off to a stupendous start today! The theme for today’s  celebration was ‘Taal Se Taal Milao’. Students had to dress up in traditional Indian costumes and present a two minute dance that depicts our culture. And did they dance! Right from boys and girls from Grade PP, participants went right-up to Grade X. Some presented ensembles of Bharata natyam and Kathak, while others jived gracefully to patriotic numbers! The common bond that bound them together was their love for their Motherland and the sublime grace with which they danced! All the performers had great fun and the audience had greater fun! Many students found today’s celebration so motivating that there was a last minute flux to get their names registered for tomorrow’s event-‘ Swaad Ka Tyohar’! Make sure that you get a ‘virtual’ taste of all the lovely dishes that the students plan to present!  We must hand it to Ms. Ishwari Patil and Ms. Madhuri Devi Polishetty, Assembly In-charges, for thinking up these thoroughly enjoyable themes!! Kudos Ladies!
